With over 10 years of administration and customer service experience, I quickly became the go-to contact when you had a problem. With my problem-solving abilities coupled with my ability to learn and adapt new skills quickly.In my position at Trojan Industries as the Team lead, we successfully became the top distribution company of Municipal castings in our region, and I was committed to making Trojan Industries a Vendor of choice for our customers. I focus on listening to what the person is saying and how it is being expressed and asking questions to aid in finding the right solution. This ability has fostered working relationships that were built on trust and respect in my previous role. I believe in being the person you can count on to not only make it happen but know I am doing everything to help you. Working with some of the best and worst in the construction community has taught me that there is always something to build from. Through my time at Trojan, I am a recognized expert in customer service and a communicative collaborator. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in motivation and leadership, Including keen attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication were key in my previous roles, and I am proficient in both MS Office and in different ERP systems.
