I am an experienced Fraud Investigator which I have developed since working for Lloyds Banking Group. I am a highly motivated and driven person to be the best that I can in all of my roles. I am a very ambitious and hardworking colleague who strives to provide the best services to customers and colleagues where I can. I aim to progress quickly by taking on new skills and responsibilities that will to develop my career. I am currently in a Complex Fraud role as part of the selected few to deal with fraud and scam cases that customers experience. I raise cases and follow the Contingent Reimbursement Model to ensure that customers are supported and that the bank does best by its customers. I have been able to further expand my experience and knowledge within Fraud and Financial crime by communicating effectively with key stakeholders both within the business and external. I have gained extensive knowledge regarding Money Laundering, Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Prevention. Working within this highly complex role requires excellent attention to detail while adhering to legal processes and data protection which I am fully competent and capable of.
