Logitech is developing neural network models and features using deep learning. In order to train neural network models for computer vision, speech processing and other use cases, we need to collect a lot of data, and label it properly. We also need to automate the execution of training and testing, and do visualization. During the 6 months, I've been working on building and enhancing a machine learning infrastructure utilized for training, testing or storing object detection models for the Logitech surveillance Circle camera. I created an API and data model to capture and label data sets. The project was developed in Python and I was using MySQL and AWS for data manipulation. I gained experience with software engineering processes such as code reviewing, unit/integration testing, and deployment of applications in the cloud. At the end of this project, I developed a simple website interface, where the user can keep track of the machine learning data and models.
