Facilitate design meetings and review design drawings for compliance with standards. Review and approve contractor submittals. Provide simplified design/studies/research/investigations upon request. Coordinate engineering activities with using agencies, base agencies. Successfully worked in team environment to deliver multiple acquisition packages to client, close out of project and worked in field with Government oversight Engineers and Inspectors on critical issues. Provided feedback and recommendation on team processes to direct manager and aided in implementation.

Manage Various projects supporting tool install and base build facility. Special Project PM directing and coordinating safe stating of retired office and manufacturing area. Site Asbestos Compliance Project Manager working with to make sure testing and reporting checklist were completed and part of all retrofit and demo projects on site. Safety shower owner responsible for quarterly testing and operational tracking of Safety showers. Responsible for managing budgets of various project sizes from 2K to $12 Million. Performed physical inspections which included climbing in and out of equipment, and working outdoors.

Managed $80M budget of $260M Facility retrofit project, coordinating 5 System Design Engineer, Operational System Engineer and General Contractor to successfully meet the need dates. Interfacing in field with contractors on daily basis. Coached/mentored 5 Design Leads/ Project Managers and functioned as escalation point for Construction Process Policy, handling of Intellectual Property, engagement with Contract Infill Workers and Change control processes. In Aug 2012 project was 12 weeks behind schedule, worked recovery plans and mitigated issues to successfully recover schedule.

Managed and oversaw engineering projects for design, design-build, and construction. Prepared for, attended, and participated in the contract negotiations and bid analysis. Tracked projects to ensure they were completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with project specification, guidelines and policies. Coordinate with design and procurement personnel to create, maintain and award construction packages. Worked closely with contractors on day to day activities and coordination with factory to insure activities had minimal impact to ongoing manufacturing. Worked with virtual factory team to establish Key Success Indicators for Newly established positions to company. Developed, implemented and drove virtual factory acceptance of Schedule integration update meeting model and supporting documentation. Successfully Ran NM site Schedule Integration activities until need was no longer needed due to change in site priorities and close out of project.

Process tool owner responsible for the process layer tool qualification and maintenance of tool process compliance. On call 24X7 to respond to factory needs. Worked with tool technician and reviewed preventative maintenance activities giving approval for tools to be utilized in manufacturing. Responsible for analytical analysis of daily tool functions and product testing to insure timely response to issue preventing any product rework or loss. Including modification to test usage with projected saving of $1M annually to tools operating cost.
