Mad Devs is a custom software development company, specializing in Transportation, FinTech, and EdTech.As a Delivery Manager, I was responsible for end-to-end project delivery by digging into client problems and designing solutions, building and educating cross-functional teams, and ensuring their performance.Here are some of my accomplishments:— Contracted several new clients to the company which led to 15% monthly revenue growth.— Set up end-to-end client flow in the company and automated it with JIRA allowing to onboard two more managers and increase pre-sales capacity 3 times.— Mentored project management interns. Three of them have grown to junior+ specialists in a year.— Launched an educational project for non-tech entrepreneurs & managers who work with tech teams, called Customer University.

Here are some of the projects I worked on: — Project Management Tool: Automated collection of the employee performance data. It saved 8% PM time per day and 60% of top management time for invoicing and reporting at the end of the month. — Classified App: Designed and launched two new features for product/services promotion. It increased monthly service revenue by 40%. — P2P Lending Platform: Persuaded founders to start with research rather than development. Saved ~$100k, found the user segment. — EdTech: Prioritised features, so in a month a team of two developers delivered a new version of canvas and fulfilled the commitments before investors. Founder raised $1m in seed funding. — Delivery Service: Developed automatic assignment of orders to couriers. The feature allowed processing an additional 5-8% of orders during peak hours without increasing the number of operators. — Mobile Banking: Introduced 100% traction of user incidents and a postmortem practice. This resulted in increasing product availability by 20% and speeding up the resolution of incidents 3 times.
