Tamara has over 25 years of experience working with clients to formulate and execute their business strategies and talent development strategies. She works with a broad range of clients as a facilitator, corporate trainer and executive coach. She specializes in leadership and communications skills training including executive presence, enhancing rapport building techniques, pitching/selling, strategic thinking, coaching and feedback, handling conflict, influencing, presentation skills, managing others, EQ and mental toughness amongst other topics. She has worked across a range of industries, with a strong concentration in global financial services. She has worked closely with all levels of the organization from CXO to entry level professionals. She is known for her engaging and dynamic yet practical approach to leadership effectiveness by focusing on applying learning concepts to real world scenarios. In addition to serving clients directly, Tamara currently partners with a consortium of experienced global facilitators to deliver large scale programs around the world. Before working as an independent Consultant and Executive Coach, Tamara was the Global Head of Training for the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman, she design and implemented management, leadership and technical training to over 5000 colleagues across the globe. Prior to her role at Goldman, Tamara was a management consultant at Capgemini (formerly Cap Gemini Ernst & Young LLC and Gemini Consulting) where she was a leader in their Strategy & Transformation practice and at Korn Consulting Group. In addition to her client-serving role, Tamara was also part of Capgemini's Global People Development Team responsible for training internal consultants and external clients in management & leadership skills such as project planning and design, structured thinking, delivering presentations, and organizational effectiveness. At Korn Consulting Group, she focused more on executive coaching and facilitation of workshops. Tamara has also held marketing and advertising positions where she worked with consumer products, financial services, and telecommunications brands. Tamara holds an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business with a major in Finance and Management and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester. She is also a certified in MBTI (Meyers Briggs), HBDI (Hermann Brain) diagnostics and as a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
