Als propositiemarketeer bij PGGM was ik verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van innovatieve en klantgerichte projecten. Als deelnemer aan het Traineeship Digitale Communicatie bij SchaalX was ik enthousiast om mijn kennis en vaardigheden in de marketingcommunicatie verder te verbeteren. Ik was onderdeel van een uitdagend programma van 1,5 jaar, waarbij ik deelnam aan meer dan 50 masterclasses en opgeleid werd tot een T-shaped professional. Ik heb ervaring opgedaan bij twee verschillende bedrijven, Blue Sky Group en PGGM, waarbij ik projecten heb uitgevoerd en heb geleerd hoe ik de digitale communicatiestrategie van een bedrijf kan versterken.

Als Online Communicatie Specialist bij Blue Sky Group was ik verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en ontwikkelen van interne en externe communicatie. Ik schreef en redigeerde inhoud voor het intranet en de corporate website, waarbij ik ook bijdroeg aan de vernieuwing van de website. Ik ontwikkelde een contentstrategie voor een van de pensioenfondsen en was ook betrokken bij verschillende projecten. Ik was altijd op zoek naar manieren om de communicatie van het bedrijf te versterken en was gemotiveerd om mijn rol als Online Communicatie Specialist te vervullen.

Als onderzoeksassistent van het Readability Project werk ik aan leesbaarheidsformules voor het Afrikaans. Ik ben met dit project begonnen in juli 2018, tijdens mijn stage in Zuid-Afrika. Na mijn stage ben ik verder gegaan met mijn werkzaamheden voor dit project. Ik was verantwoordelijk voor het kritisch analyseren van data (SPSS) en het controleren en verifiëren van voorgaande onderzoeken op dit gebied.

At the moment, the golden standard is Cloze-testing, but this method has several flaws.
