Hr Operations Manager
CurrentHoly Trinity Brompton Group charity operates as four different entities: Holy Trinity Brompton the church, Alpha International, St Paul’s Theological Centre, and Church Revitalisation Trust. HR Operation Manager is responsible for the operational side of human resources processes. Accomplishments include:• Running the monthly payroll process over the four different payrolls, with over 350 employees, and with over 100 changes per month implemented with 98% success rate accuracy • Delivering reports on absences, banding, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and other bespoke reports for the charity in a timely matter• Successful turnover on yearly pay review process – working closely with HR Manager and Head of HR, producing sheets for Heads of Departments, colleting the returned data, and feeding the final result to payroll. • Line management duties, including training and on-boarding of HR Administrator and Payroll Administrator, both whom passed probation, and HR Administrator who got promoted within a year of employment• Personnel management – resolving pay issues, engaging with sensitive personnel cases, involvement in redundancies, maternities, exit interviews and the like. • Project management – successful set up of the payroll for recently opened new charity under Holy Trinity Brompton Group; Leading on HR system’s upgrade, testing the system’s configurations, working closely with other project managers and consultants. • Training up to 100 new employees per year on the HR systems and benefits through bespoke induction program
