Worked in a phone queue fielding incoming and initiating outgoing calls, and also using an auto dialer in order to facilitate payments, make payment arrangements, and promise to pays for our customers. I also assist in the credit department as needed. In credit I verify the credit credentials and customers identity in order to start new service.

I interact with clients and their brokers, order specialty aero parts, generate reports, and assist the sales team. In doing so I use proprietary software as well as the Microsoft office suite. Sadly the job ended when the Everett department was shut down during consolidation. I do have a letter of recommendation.

I was contracted short term to participate in a project for Calypso, in which I am transferring Claims data from Facets to Focus Point. I also answered clients questions about the switch, making the transition easier for them.

I was contracted short term to participate in a special project for Lifewise of Washington, in which I answered member's questions about their plans and benefits.

I arranged pick-ups and deliveries according to the customer's requests, I communicated with customers, drivers, and management to resolve conflicts, and anticipate our customer's needs. I also generated a daily shipment report and tracked the progress of packages.

I cleared the inventory by comparing the receiving reports to the system. I ordered stock items, and faxed the daily delivery receipts to the vendors.

I worked on accounts receivable/payable, called on overdue accounts, and balanced the monthly bank statements. I demonstrated the ability to work as a team member.

I enrolled new groups, processed monthly billings, reviewed and resolved billing conflicts, and communicated with customers on eligibility issues.

Reviewed, adjusted, and adjudicated claims.

I entered hospital data into the system.
