Directed operations and service programs for a $40 million community mental health agency serving Adams County Colorado. Manage implementation of strategic goals and actions steps, including expansion of the agency from 350 staff to 450 staff in less than a year due to increased service delivery as a result of medicaid expansion. Worked with various community partners to engage other organizations in enhancing the wellness of the community.

Responsible for overall operations of $18 million community mental health agency spanning most of northern and eastern Maine. Directed efforts to expand service delivery through the acquisition of another community mental health center which resulted in a 50% increase in revenue and led to a variety of operational efficiencies. Led the restructuring of leadership and management of the organization to align roles with current agency needs while ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to the community.
