As an Assignment Coordinator at Valocity LLC, I oversee all aspects of making sure all orders that we receive from our clients are assigned to an appraiser that can complete the appraisal with a high level of accuracy and meet our deadlines. I have worked as the Interim Team Lead for 4 months, and I am now a CRM for 3 of our biggest clients. I now assign, staus and ship every report. Other duties include, but are not limited to: Assign orders to appraisers, set up new appraisers with accounts, problem solving, customer service ( inbound/ outbound calls), data entry, spreadsheets, run reports for management. I work with several computer programs ( Microsoft Excel, Word SharePoint, Global DMS and more) simultaneously. I also do order status and order entry.

I take students that are learning to drive, out on the road for behind-the-wheel training. I teach them the rules and regulations of the state and how to be a defensive driver.
