Throughout my professional career, I have held a number of roles that span the breadth of Project Management, Change Management, Project Planning and PMO Analysis & Support. Whilst managing projects I successfully brought numerous “Blue Sky” ideas to fruition and into the Production environment; all the while keeping within budgets, timescales and resource allocations. As a planner, I have single-handedly created, monitored and maintained multi-thousand lined projects with full dependency links, budgeting and critical path analysis. As a PMO Analyst (& Support Officer), I have ensured the Governance, Stakeholder Engagement and RAID Management of national infrastructure projects. I have the experience of an all-rounder that can adapt to any environment and role that is required of me.
