Tamara Rebick is the Founder & Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of CORIPHERY Holistic Consulting Solutions, a social impact consulting practice. She advises leaders in organizations on strategy, program optimization and change to improve organizational culture through authentic experiences. Tamara became an expert on Next Gen engagement by spending the first 18 years of her career working with teens and university students. Specializing in relational engagement, experiential Jewish education, change strategy and human centred design, she was first an intrapreneur in top roles of Jewish organizations before launching CORIPHERY in 2018. She has been a featured presenter and subject matter expert at over 40 conferences, gatherings and training programs (in-person and online) across 5 continents and has trained, coached and mentored over 3.5K leaders. Tamara serves on faculty with M²: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education, is an Associate Consultant with UpStart and was faculty for JFNA Young Leadership Cabinet.
