Our food production business provides a sustainable model that supports our food training and educational programs. I manage our day to day food production business. I am fortunate to have a variety of responsibilities, one of which is R&D. I love to be challenged and pushed to be my best. I also have the pleasure of working with a diverse demographic in training and in production, the people I supervise range from refugees from war torn countries to those who have experienced extreme trauma and thrive in our nurturing environment.
