Objective: To obtain a leadership position in a company that has potential for long term growth.Specialties: leadership, program development, management, education, mentorship, English, literacy, editing, tutoring, coaching, sales As my daughter is entering elementary school this year with a full day schedule, I am excited to take on a new challenge and begin a new career which reflects the work I've done as well as highlights the direction I want to go.My experience and my vision make me a strong and effective leader. My years in education give me extensive practice with teaching and training as well as innovation and management. In addition to facilitating youth programs, such as Fit Kids, I ran the after school academic center, served on several faculty councils, led staff development, and held community events. My team raised over $100K in funds to take Oakland Tech's theatre ensemble to perform Hamlet at the invitation-only Scotland Fringe Festival, the world's largest arts festival. I managed the budget and kept records for this event. I also worked as the development coordinator for Berkeley Chiropractic, expanding the practice's client base, increasing patient visits, services, and satisfaction, and cultivating community presence. I am interested in program development, management, mentorship, and education.
