I am thrilled to introduce myself as a member of the Novasol AS/Awaze team. Awaze is the largest managed vacation rentals and holiday resort business in Europe, with a strong reputation for excellence in customer service. As someone who has worked in customer care services for almost 15 years, I am excited to take on a new challenge in this dynamic company.In my new role, I will be working closely with dissatisfied owners to find resolutions to their concerns and ensure they continue to trust us with their property. Building strong relationships with our owners is at the core of what we do, and I am committed to ensuring their satisfaction with the services we provide.My passion for learning and development is reflected in my educational background. I hold a degree in Head of preparation and implementation of EU projects and am currently pursuing further education at the London School of Public Relations. Additionally, I have experience in sales management, public relations, and spokesperson roles.Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through cycling, running, and hiking. Learning and personal growth are also important to me, and I always strive to develop new skills and expand my knowledge base. I am excited to bring my skills, experience, and enthusiasm to the Awaze team and look forward to contributing to the company's continued success.
