I have an extensive background in prison leadership, assurance, scrutiny and delivery. I am a highly skilled and experienced Operational Governor, safety specialist, coach and mentor. With a particular interest in safeguarding, security, use of force, mental health and Civil Rights. I actively promote and strive for positive outcomes.
