An advocate for students, Tamara's mission is to work towards the goal that one day all children will have the opportunity for success.Tamara is a Career Coach at Central Wake Charter High School, where she guides students in post-secondary readiness, facilitates social/personal learning, and networks to build local resources for students' post-secondary ventures. Tamara is in her 11th year of education, of which she has served as an educational leader, Science Instructional Coach, science teacher.Tamara is strong in curriculum development, relational capacity, and building school culture. She has served on several committees and improvement teams, as well as sponsored many student-led activities. Tamara believes in equipping her team and her students with the tools and resources to grow, develop, and facilitate learning. With her experience, she serves in an educational setting to help eliminate inequities and increase the opportunity for success for ALL students.
