As an early childhood professional for over 20 years, I have both national and regional experience. Expertise includes management team coaching, analyzing and using data for planning, training development and delivery, relationship-based coaching, and supporting the effective delivery of Head Start/Early Head start services. Though my background is in early childhood, I have been able to transfer my skills to other fields and thus have worked as an Instructional Designer for nearly 3 years. I am a certified Pre-K CLASS trainer and reliable Pre-K and Toddler CLASS observer. I also coach and provide training to programs (from child care to school districts) on the Pyramid Model which supports the social-emotional development of young children. Finally, I have extensive experience training on various screening and assessment tools such as Teaching Strategies Gold.
