Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: Financial Management: Support the management of contract financial performance, develop and update budgets, generate actual vs. budget reports, and analyze variances. Contract Administration: Process contract award/modification actions, including new project setup and employee project charging authorization requests. Financial Reporting: Review customer invoices, prepare monthly status reports, compile financial forecasts (labor and ODC). Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Managers and other internal customers.
