My goals are simple, love what I do, do it with integrity and to the best of my abilities every single day. Being able to support all different lines of business by building partnerships internally at Argano and externally with Oracle really creates joy in my career. I love to challenge people and be challenged to help us grow and connect. My competitive nature and background in sales creates a great foundation for me in Alliances that I thrive in. My past experience as a Sales Trainer has rewarded me by helping develop and enable others and watch them thrive by sharing and applying what I have learned to help me be successful. I am continuously learning and applying best practices daily. My desire to learn and excel also drive my great work ethic. Outside of work you will find me raising two small children and living my best life. I have a passion for event planning, enjoy the outdoors seeing amazing scenic views or a great colorful sunset, being on the water, seeing historical sites and history around the world experiencing new cultures.
