Currently I hold position as a Clinical Supervisor for the Post Acute Program for Nurse Liaisons in Florida and Georgia. My responsibilities include remote mangement, with occasional travel to various hospital sites. I am responsible for developing of a Post Acute program aimed at aiding members in transitioning to the most appropriate level of care. This requires maintaining close communication with Market Engagement teams, Medical Directors, and colleagues in other markets. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including roles in acute care, post acute care, and case management. I previously held the position of Clinical Director in hospice care. I excel in engaging with diverse populations, including patients, families, physicians, and team members from various cultural strong teams and improving operational efficiency. As a strategic thinker, I apply my exceptional problem-solving skills alongside my experience in process development. Additionally, I am currently pursing my Bachelor's degree at SNHU Online University.
