I have strong organisation skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Through decades of experience have highly developed stakeholder relationships skills, diplomacy and emotional intelligence to underpin a passion for strategy and systems change at a meta level. On the ground experience in community has strengthened my approach to community development. I am a skilled cross cultural communicator. My knowledge and understanding of Indigenous knowledges and community means I can work two ways to articulate community world views and demystify mainstream policy and processes. Recent work in the field of Trauma Informed Care adds a depth of knowledge which helps to provide an empowering framework for first nations peoples. I show initiative and skill at anticipating the needs of those I collaborate, advocate with and support. Having worked in Not for Profit and government settings I have a strong understanding of compliance, risk management and governance administration.Throughout my professional career I have maintained a freelance capacity across arts and media.
