Oversee project management and financial aspects of the day‐to‐day operations of a redevelopment of a large industrial site in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Oversee all financial aspects of the day‐to‐day operations of the west county commercial property management portfolio. Manage the Property Management team and the maintenance and capital projects needed for all buildings. Act as the liaison between the ownership of buildings and tenants. Manage all aspects of construction management from proposal through final walk through.

Assist with the day‐to‐day functions of the property management department and the functions of the Property Management teams. Act as the liaison between the tenants and the Property Manager (PM) for certain property related issues at all commercial properties.

Managed, leased and conducted construction management approximately 485,369 square foot which was comprised of office, medical, industrial and retail properties which were owned by private ownership, corporate ownership as well as numerous OREO and REO Properties.
