In role of Executor, maintained business concerns regarding Estate Transition to Shareholders. Managed a team of thirty plus employees to ensure ongoing business viability. Worked with team at Nightclub to execute a winning marketing plan that challenged past paradigms and brought fresh ideas to a business established in 1996.• Tux Nightclub: In first year, reduced annual Payroll expenses by 25% (over $60K) by establishing and enforcing a staffing plan based on forecasted traffic. Implemented weekly KPI’s including a 15% labour goal based on a wages to revenue ratio.• Reduced overall operational expenses by 12% through the overseeing of action items driven by weekly reporting of introduced KPI’s• Launched new lunch menu and hours for summer patio operations which contributed to the stabilization of revenues against historic performance.• Worked with young Management Team to market and execute entertainment budget based on identified 19 to 30 year old demographic.
