Business Manager on Uber Eats Taiwan

- Developing and presenting campaign plans for new and existing food and beverage brands across global markets that include brand goals/objectives, propose strategies and activities to achieve these, project timelines and budget.- Setting and managing daily tasks for the team to implement our activities and campaigns.- Directly engaging with clients, partners and team members via email, zoom in relation to campaigns, day to day activities and other general client enquiries.- Generating and presenting monthly insights reports.- Being the lead person for the brands in your portfolio to define, plan and implement campaigns and activities to achieve the brand goals.- Planning, creating and implementing social media campaigns for new product launches.

- Managing social media calendar across several brands - creating copywriting that aligns with the brand voice and scheduling posts across multiple platforms. For example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.- Managing influencers and gifted collaborations across the globe for multiple brands to create engaging content and increase awareness. For example: Pampelle Aperitif and Malfy Gin.- Assisting with branded photoshoots. - Creating and implementing the brand assets, brand tone of voice, brand story for all of the new boutique brands.

- Administrative capabilities in Excel, Word & Google Drive.- Working with different CRM programs to manage client relationships.- Trained in Google Ads and Google Keywords.
