Duties include but not limited to inspection of real estate land, residential property and grounds, noting improvements to the property and ensuring any additions have been completed to code with appropriate certificates of occupancy. Responsible for developing market value analysis, completing appropriate appraisal reports and keeping current with real estate market values and economic, social, and government trends.

Responsibilities involve showing of real estate residential properties to prospective buyers, working with sellers in the marketing of their home to the general public, preparing contracts and following the transaction process. Additional responsibilities are the coordination of escrow, title, lenders, home inspectors, and warranty companies to ease the process for my clients.
