Responsible for recruiting the right talent into Reed’s business network using the best possible attraction strategies and selection procedures. •Build successful working relationships with key stakeholders across the business such as Business Managers, Area Managers and Regional Managers and to work with these Managers to discuss requirements for job roles. •Deliver candidate attraction methodologies and promote these across the network internally and externally using various job boards such as Reed.co.uk.•Use various sourcing methods to find suitable candidates.•Manage the full recruitment process and find ways to continually improve this process.•Accurately record all relevant information on data systems for data analysis and be able to produce ad hoc reports
Direct Sourcing Consultant
Working as part of the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team. This role involves:•Direct sourcing candidates for Reed Consulting's big client accounts through job sites, Linked In and other attrition methods. •Screening and short listing candidates to match job roles•Telephone interviewing candidates for vacancies including competency based interviews. •Setting up assessment days and liaising with Assessors. •Working towards targets and KPI's•Advertising job vacancies through various different media•Screening candidates through testing methods such as 3G Mindset, Giotto personaility test, credit checks, CRB and ReferencingI am currently working on the Reed In Partnership account recruiting individuals to work on various welfare to work contracts.

Working Links are a National organisation who works alongside the Job Centre to deliver contracts from the Government to help the unemployed back into work. Part of the Regional Sales Team for Leicestershire and Northamptonshire liaising with local and National employers to gain vacancies and build ongoing relationships.The role involves:Manage a Microsoft CRM database of vacancies and submissions across all contracts within the business for the purpose of tracking Job Outcomes, managing performance and ensuring the effective matching of clients to vacancies.
