Manage and oversee new-hire training for Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses, including role-based EHR training. Develop and facilitate ongoing trainings and skills validations for Medical Assistants across Neighborcare Health in partnership with the Clinical Education Program Manager and other Neighborcare leaders. Partner with Human Resources and area academic institutions and community partners to recruit and matriculate excellent candidates through the externship and certification process.
