- Manage development of #2 Full Price Handbag Collection, generating over 4M weekly- Partner with Design to develop product line for adoption meetings – 7 new silhouettes across 12 fabric/leather platforms monthly- Manage product progression from creation of initial prototype, with internal pattern makers and operators, through Top of Line samples, with counterparts in Vietnam and China - Work closely with partners (COACH China, COACH Vietnam, Design Team, Technical Design, Engineering, Merchandising, Costing, Production, Leather, Fabric, and Hardware Management) to capture both design intent and COACH quality standards for final style approval- Facilitate and manage materials essential for product execution such as design cards, seasonal collection decks, color palettes, lab dips, strike-offs, stitch-ups, and Bill of Materials for a team of five coordinators

Managed product development, production, and sourcing for all product segments- Partnered with VP of Production and Creative Director in development of initial product offering (textile sourcing, color, initial LDP costing)- Acted as senior colorist and tech design manager - approving trims and all lab dips for shell and interior; assuring all samples were fit to models on-time and all sample grading were accurate for bulk tech-packs- Conducted market meetings and sourcing meetings; preparing costing/sourcing materials and compiling sales date where applicable- Created, issued, and tracked sales sample contracts for all sales, marketing/PR, and tech design samples- Created and updated bulk contracts with agents following market meetings; closing and adjusting contracts upon receipt of goods

Worked w/ Product Director to present target costs and pricing specifics to overseas agents- Assisted with fabric sourcing, coordinated distribution of color memos and lab dip approvals for all divisions- Monitored the creation and distribution of design cards to overseas agents- Responsible for tracking fit samples and contributing to fit sessions weekly with the tech design team- Created and updated line lists, style/PDR, and trim approval charts for all categories- Presented Time in Action and Product Development reports in weekly merchant meeting- Tracked presentation style/color run samples for merchandising dept’s final season review w/ Senior VPs
