I specialize in the root causes of cause of almost all concerns: STRESS. What do I mean by that? Stress causes conflicts in the work place, in our homes, and in our bodies. Stress is what keeps most people from accomplishing the lives they want to live. The good news is, that stress is an automatic response to stimuli that can be changed. Whatever we have in our lives right now is always a result of our past thinking. Much of that thinking is below the conscious level of awareness, and usually causes the stress response in our bodies and behaviors. We know now that we can re-wire our brains, change our self-limiting beliefs, and live the lives we were meant to live. I can help you get there.I’ve been researching psychology, neuroscience, and quantum physics for 25 years and coaching and counseling professionals nearly as long. My degrees include a master’s in communications, a bachelor’s in psychology, and I am a certified hypnotherapist and an EFT practitioner.
