I wear a lot of hats here. I help customers pick the products they need and provide them with information about the customization available for the products they want. I then write up and process the order to get it scheduled for production. I communicate with the in-house manufacturing production team to make sure any customer requested changes are made or to verbally communicate any intricate details in regards to the product customization. I also make sure that any tight deadlines are met by communicating with the team and making sure things are scheduled to meet the clients in-hands date.I also provide quality assurance checks for the finished product and update production schedule after product is made and ready for the customer to pick up.
