I contracted with United Way to do a conversion from Sage to QuickBooks, migrated their data, trained their staff, and formalized new reporting and documents for the board of directors. Once all of that was up and running I continued to provide CFO services and implemented policies, procedures, to help the United Way work towards building an in-house accounting department. My services culminated in 2020 after I aided in the formal transition of their accounting department with a new CFO and additional accounting staff.

The YMCA of Northern Utah has grown tremendously over the past 6 years and continues to provide new programs every year. Our focus has been on Youth Development, with expansion of our after-school and summer camp programs to over 20 sites in Salt Lake and Weber Counties. Also, with the new facility opened in Ogden at the end of 2014 we added 3 new early childhood education centers.
