The primary role as the Business Development Manager is to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. I help define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. The ultimate goal is to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. To achieve this, I find potential new customers, pitch to them, covert them into clients and continue to grow business in the future. It is also my job to help manage existing clients and ensure they are satisfied. My main duties as the Business Development Manager can be summarized as follows: • Prospect for potential new clients. • Research and build relationships with new clients • Set up meetings • Planning and preparing presentations • Work with client to develop a proposals that suits their needs • Present new products and services to enhance existing client relationships • Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to develop new services, products and distribution channels • Identify opportunities to grow the AZ Bounce Pro brand name • Develop & design marketing collateral • Manage social media strategies and accounts • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management systems. • Organize and manage marketing campaign for sales team
