Specialist training services have been provided for many years to training providers and insurers - services include development/writing of training material and assessments, facilitation, assessing and moderating. Capstone was originally launched as a brokerage offering employee benefits and personal financial planning advice. Due to my knowledge and experience in the employee benefits sector, I was commissioned by Boston School of Finance to develop training material for trustee training and employee benefits topics. This led to facilitation, assessing and moderation appointments and training quickly became the specialist focus area of the business (and I found my calling).
