Hi! My name is Tamara and I am a graduate of Media Management at KTH University, Stockholm. Currently, I am working as a Digital Project Manager in the Marketing team at Perstorp. Simply said, I work with Salesforce, Account Engagement and other tools for analyzing the decision journey of our customers. This position includes everything from establishing ways of working and processes for the systems, designing those changes and a bit of change management which accompanies all such work, and also just lending support to the Marketing and Sales teams in reporting and understanding our efforts. Previously, I have had experience working as a Consultant and Project Manager which gave me the opportunity to work and collaborate with diverse types of people and gave me an analytical approach to solving problems and creating ideas. Through volunteering, I have also gained experience in organizing events and workshops.Having an international work and study environment, as well as working with clients and colleagues from various backgrounds and parts of the world, has enabled me to quickly adapt to any given situation or environment. On a more personal note, my master's research project was focused on "Using design workshops for investigating the needs of immigrant women in Sweden", a project I am very passionate about. In general, I am very enthusiastic about working on new and innovative projects and passionate about sustainability, social work, community development, and psychology.
