Following the acquisition of the Scentsicles brand by National Tree Co, supported by Sun Capital, I'm thrilled to be leading the Scentsicles business through its next chapter of growth. We're building an experienced, high-energy team to drive the kind of presence this much-loved brand deserves.

Fortunate to lead a talented team responsible for several industry-firsts: from our non-toxic, flame and spill-free line of air care products made from sustainable and recyclable materials to our new plant-based, recyclable packaging. We drove transparency and ethical product development, from ingredient disclosure to cruelty free certification, and did it all with unique and proprietary products protected by a robust patent portfolio.

During this period of fast-growth, I was responsible for several new revenue streams, including 1) the strategy, launch and management of our partner program, 2) the development and launch of our new auto air freshener line, and 3) the expansion of our seasonal brand into Europe. All of these initiatives helped transform the business from seasonally-reliant to year-round, more than doubling revenue and generating positive EBITDA.

One of three leaders to build the business from the ground up, everything from strategy and organizational/infrastructural development to NPD, sales, marketing and supply chain. We quickly drove millions in revenue in the first few years through the successful development of our seasonal brand and subsequent launch of our everyday brand. Helped develop a team of passionate, scrappy high performers who took on daily challenges to achieve stretch goals.

Founded this strategic consulting firm focused on global start-ups and SMEs building better-for-you and sustainable brands in the US. Clients included an urban vertical farm start up, an electric vehicle start up in Southern California, a vitamin-enhanced spice brand, an Australian sustainable home decor brand, and an Atlanta-based home fragrance start-up that I ultimately joined full-time.
