Provides executive level administrative support to include: agenda reports, special assignments or projects, schedules and maintains master and personal calendar, travel arrangements or services, and provides staff support. Composes, prepares, coordinates and edits a variety of correspondence such as agenda reports, staff and quarterly meeting minutes, letters, documents, memos, responses to information, requests, expense reports, etc., to include confidential and sensitive information related to various DART departments. Assists with budget planning and generates and distributes monthly budget reports. Oversees office functions to include, but not limited to, assessment of needs for equipment, furniture and fixtures, information systems, space, etc. Coordinates needs with appropriate party and in accordance with established budgetary guidelines. Receives and processes Agency credit purchases in accordance with established policies and procedures. Oversees management and distribution of Assistant Vice President's mail; determines and tracks required responses from staff. Establishes and maintains filing and records control systems. Performs other duties as assigned.
