    The Jordan Interactive TV (JITV) was a touch screen computer with marketing videos that promoted the Jordan Brand. It had a budget of more than $2.5 million and produced over 3 million page views per month. During the two year project, 2.4–7.2 million people interacted with the machines. The computer connected wirelessly to the Internet via modem. Content was updated remotely on a regular basis. And the systems were installed in numerous sports footwear/apparel stores nationally. SeePoint, located in LA, manufactured the JITV. The kiosk software was provided by Kioware.• As project manager, coordinated multiple aspects of this project and communicated between numerous parties.• SeePoint and Kioware - Coordinated activities at SeePoint including: manufacture of the machines, shipping to retail locations, technical support of the machines. Worked closely with the Kioware application developers to direct problem solving efforts and direct improvements to the application.• Installation - Provided coordination between retail locations, SeePoint, and various companies contracted to carry out the physical installations.• Verizon - Verizon provided wireless access for the machines. Worked closely with Verizon account managers and application developers to ensure successful initial deployment of the machines, and to monitor and troubleshoot the wireless network. • Nike/Brand Jordan - Worked closely with Nike/Brand Jordan, a highly matrixed environment, to ensure client satisfaction, and communicated frequently with the footwear and apparel stores to ensure smooth installation and ongoing hardware support of kiosks. • Digital Content - Maintained complex software configuration files written in XML and managed the coordination and deployment of regular content and software updates to remote locations.

Set goals and objectives, specified requirements, and managed the development and deployment of two online applications in support of Photolucida's mission.• The first application was a database-backed dynamic HTML website developed in ASP.net that facilitated the scheduling of one-on-one portfolio reviews utilizing a complex set of criteria to ensure fairness while attempting to honor the preferences of the participants. • The second application enabled on-line submission by participants and on-line judging by reviewers for Photolucida's annual photography competition. Application was developed to support both an online and an offline (CD/DVD) version.• Database Development - Developed and maintained an extensive Microsoft Access database, and wrote queries in SQL for advanced reporting. Functions included: tracking participant information - personal information, prior activities with the organization, payment history, individual preferences, reviewer information, budget information, payment information, and hotel reservations. This database became the backend for the application that automated review scheduling.• Portfolio Review Conference - Managed all aspects of the conference including: inviting reviewers, supervising software development, arranging hotel, venue, transportation, food, and exhibits.• Branding and Website - Led the complete re-branding of the organization and supervised subsequent website development by coordinating designers and developers. Oversaw general maintenance, additions, and improvements to the website.
