Oversees an instructional design portfolio of over 24 programs across various colleges, managing more than 2,000 courses. Developed and redesigned over 120 courses across disciplines in collaboration with the College of Health Solutions, New College, and Claremont Graduate University to align with program objectives and improve student engagement. Led the design and development of six new courses for the Biological Data Science program, ensuring equity and active learning through instructional design principles, resulting in improved student outcomes. Led a cross-functional team of over 60 faculty, instructional designers, learning technologists, and administrators to create ASU's first “Teaching and Learning with Generative AI” course, advancing ASU’s position in digital learning and AI integration. Served as the lead instructional designer and consultant for a partnership where ASU developed scalable student-focused online courses for Claremont Graduate University, guiding a team of instructional designers, providing training, and collaborating with faculty to implement high-quality, innovative online learning experiences that support CGU's digital transformation. Facilitated Master Class workshop as part of the MasterCard and ASU partnership with the Ethiopia Ministry of Education, training Ethiopian faculty to develop scalable, student-centered courses aimed at expanding educational access and improving learning outcomes across Ethiopia. Developed and Led a challenge-based learning workshop for ASU's partnership with for SEMESP, a consortium of universities in Brazil, focused on developing student soft skills and hybrid course design. Works to create courses that align with university and program goals by analyzing course and unity objectives and consulting on course structure, organization, learning content and assessments. Establish career events and internship opportunities that enhance the career development and career competencies of students. Initiate business contacts and build employment pipelines for students throughout the city, state, and region. Manage annual budget and strategic planning for campus career services. Assist students with reaching academic and career goals through the development and implementation of individual career plans. Facilitate skills relating to resume development, interview preparation, career plans, career resources, and labor market information through classroom instruction, campus workshops, and one-on-one meetings. Notable Achievements: • Initiated and led efforts to adapt career advisement and services into online course-based formats resulting in greater accessibility for online students.• Designed and executed college’s first annual Career Week in 2011. Successfully expanded the weeks activities to include 20 experiential learning events over 5 days in 2013. • Directs all Career Advisement and Placement efforts on campus, began as a temporary grant funded employee and promoted to a full-time institutionalized position after exceeding campus expectations and producing verifiable results.• As acting Job Fair Committee Chair, remodeled job fair to include resume critiques, mock interviews, on-site application processes, guest speakers, welding competitions, a clothing lending-closet, and corporate sponsorship. As a result of changes, 560 students and alumni participated in the three hour event and employer involvement rose by 160%.
