As a founding member of this award winning Digitial Transformation for Frontline Policing in Queensland, my role was to oversee all the program level governance, planning, assurance, reporting and controls, human resource structures, risk management and business case management. This Program was world-leading in terms of the apps developed to enable the rollout of over 5000 iPads for frontline officers. This highly innovative program utilised a hybrid delivery model including elements of AGILE, MSP and Prince2. Since its completion, the Program has been recognised by both Apple (internationally) and Telstra (nationally) in the mobile computing field. Previous to my governance responsibilities, I was a Senior Project Manager overseeing the delivery of key infrastructure components including a HADR environment and a QPS mobile access solution to support the G20 Summit held in Brisbane.
