-Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.-Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.-Reports to the HR director, and assists company managers with HR issues.-Ensures all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.-Organizing and conducting interviews in coordination with clients and candidates.-Interviewing shortlisted applicants & selecting the suitable candidate for the position.-Prepares all employees’ Attendance and Leaves Reports (Vacation/Sick/Unpaid).-Providing employees with needed legal documents including salary attestations, confirmation letters and statement of accounts.-Ensures that all HR and personnel activities are comply with internal policies, procedures and Jordanian labor law.-Preparing all payroll related documents such as: salary slips, clearance/ settlement letters, salary transfer letters…etc.-Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.-Sets the formal and social media communication strategy for different job profiles and function in the organization.
