I have always been very independent, so I started working at the age of 14 as a saleswoman in a clothing store. After that, I worked as a secretary in an office in São Paulo and, while still in high school, I started working at the largest bank in Brazil. I chose Advertising and Marketing at a time when everyone wanted to be in the creative field. But I was more interested in planning, strategy, and results. I have always been more "Team Excel" than "Team Photoshop."In my next opportunity, in a Marketing department, I had an inspiring leader and there I confirmed my vocation for planning. I took a postgraduate course and then joined the real estate market marketing sector. I dealt with innovative marketing strategies, different client profiles, and results that fascinated me even more. I spent 6 years working among real estate agencies, marketing agencies, and construction companies.I was still doing a MBA and planning professional and personal growth when the opportunity arose to take an extension of my first postgraduate course in Marketing Intelligence in Lisbon. I returned passionate about the city and then challenged myself: in Lisbon, there is one of the best master's programs in CRM in the world, so why not? And that’s how I have been in Portugal since 2017. Here, I started in the job market as a CRM manager, soon completed my master’s degree, and a new opportunity arose at an Italian multinational: an incredible experience of cultural exchange and opportunities for personal and professional development that make me love my professional choice even more.
