Maintaining existing customer base of fifty-five accounts.Daily management of for on-and-off catalogue products, monitoring orders through to completion and resolving any invoicing issues thereafter.Development of opportunities to maximise revenue and margin, liaising and utilising vendors/distributors for support where necessary.Identifying any opportunities that require deal registration, or special pricing, and negotiating these terms with vendors/distributors in order to obtain the the best deal possible whilst maintaining commercial viability.Developing and building relationships directly with Tier 1 vendors, channel distribution partners and internal Vendor Account Managers and vendor teams.
Managing customer liaison and building upon relationships to transact product solution sales to maximise profit. Quotation and order management, through to completion, whilst seeking opportunities within the supply chain process to increase profitability on all hardware sales. Identifying customer invoicing queries and providing a quick resolution.
