The Ericsson University Relations team focuses on identifying, hiring, and supporting career growth of top graduate and undergraduate students from universities across the United States and Canada. We work with career services, professors and management to ensure the best personal and professional growth opportunities for business and engineering students in North America. The University team is deeply involved in all internship and new graduate program planning, event coordination, strategy implementation, recruitment and employer branding.

Develop and maintain quality relationships with hiring managers that have increased our revenue by 20%.• Develop and implement recruiting strategies based on the needs of the client.• Individual recruiting contributor.• Work closely with all levels of hiring management to ensure the ideal candidate is placed on each open requisition.• Provide education to hiring managers regarding the hiring process guidelines and co-employment.• Responsible for recruiting candidates in the Supply Chain, IT, Telecom, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, HR, Marketing, Administrative/Clerical, and Customer Service verticals.• Manage onsite contractors.• Oversee all aspects of the hiring process: prescreen and qualify candidates, conduct interviews, present candidates to clients/hiring managers, negotiate salary offers, quote bill rates, and complete new hire forms, change forms, and termination forms. • Experienced at applying traditional resources such as cold calling and networking to locate candidates.• Utilize e-source tools such as Linked In, Monster, and CareerBuilder to find active candidates and post job opportunities.• Conduct work reference verifications, background checks, performance reviews and exit interviews.• Resolve contractor’s issues regarding vacation/sick time requests, insurance, and benefit inquiries, etc.• Evaluate and provide recommendations to client based on industry trends.
