As a Team Lead, I stepped into the role right from the beginning of the project, drawing upon my technical background and previous leadership experience. I led a small team of developers, collaborating with them daily, assigning tasks, and helping to find solutions to various challenges.Together with the business team, I played a key role in establishing best practices for frontend development. We carefully examined client requirements and outlined user stories. My primary goal for this project was to ensure that we delivered a product following the best practices in the field and created a work environment where everyone had a clear understanding of requirements and could efficiently tackle their daily tasks while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

At Vega IT, I embarked on my journey as a software engineer and gradually advanced to the position of Front-End (FE) lead, overseeing multiple projects. My experience spanned a diverse range of projects varying in size, complexity, scope, and domain. While my core expertise lies in Vue/Nuxt frameworks, I also expanded my knowledge by delving into React.js.In addition to my FE role, I wore the hat of a Back-End (BE) developer specializing in Node.js, both in JavaScript and TypeScript. I tackled various functionalities, including user registration and login, form submissions, and data storage in SQL/MongoDB databases.Throughout my tenure, I had the privilege of participating in projects employing Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodologies. I was actively involved in defining testing strategies to ensure project success.My responsibilities extended to project estimations for Vue/Nuxt projects, defining client user stories, and orchestrating the initiation and planning phases of new FE projects. Moreover, I took on the role of a technical mentor, primarily for Vue/Nuxt frameworks, guiding several individuals who have since become successful FE developers contributing to various projects.
