My 26 year career as an Organisational Psychologist has been driven by a belief that work and life should be an enjoyable, challenging and energising experience. Early in my career this involved corporate consulting and for the last 20 years my focus has been predominantly executive coaching. In my experience coaching to shape the behaviour and attitudes of the CEO and senior executive teams sets the tone for the entire organisation. I established Balkin Coaching to enrich the leadership capability and wellbeing of CEO's and senior executives, as they in turn can ensure the workplace is enjoyable, challenging and energising for all employees.
