As a member of the Gram Coaching team, I provide individual coaching work with clients to create positive purposeful change on a variety of business and individual challenges. These may include strategy, performance and culture frameworks, communications skills, relationships, personal effectiveness and leadership behaviour and capabilities. All coaching programs are aligned to the organisational outcomes and clear transparent goal setting is part of this process.

Transitioning Well specialises in supporting management and employees to navigate Parental-Leave, Work-Life and Mature-Age transitions. As the sole Sydney based a senior consultant I predominantly provide individual Parental Leave coaching, to senior executives as they transition from "working person" to "working Parent". In addition, as part of the partnership between Transitioning Well and Superfriend I facilitate workshops on retirement transitions and leadership.

The CommuniCorp Group specialises in developing positive workplace mental health, wellbeing and resilience capabilities. The focus of my consulting work involved the assessment of workplace psychological health and safety policies, procedures and practices, recommendations for change, and the delivery of coaching and the interactive workshops on resilience, interpersonal dynamics, work place mental health and performance under pressure.

Selection of senior management positions in the financial services sector. My responsibilities include, interviewing, psychological test interpretation, report writing and candidate feedback.I designed and implemented an interactive career planning tool for Futurestep managers to use with their staff. I also provided coaching to the senior managers to support the successful implementation of their new career framework.

Responsibilities included the design and implementation of the PreVisor executive coaching approach. Using the results of our psychological assessments (including development centres and 360 assessments), I worked with senior managers, to develop and achieve both their personal goals and those of the organisation. Typically my clients, who were senior managers targeted for promotion, required the development of strategic thinking and change management skills, as well as a high level of self awareness to enable them to become the future leaders of their organisations.

Retire For Life was a private business that I established in 2002, providing specialised ‘non financial’ retirement consulting services. My focus was on the design and delivery of lifestyle planning for retirement courses and seminars. My clients included: ClearView Retirement Solutions, NSW Department of Commerce, and Sydney University College of Continuing Education.
