I've been dealing with coffee for roughly 60,000 hours, give or take. As a barista, I am detail-oriented, I am efficient, and organized.In this fast-paced industry, I was still able to work in Qatar for almost a year to let my curiosity lead me. 4th place in the local (West Java) Aeropress championship is the highest competition rank that I've got in 2019.I am currently working as a part of the roastery team, with quality control and production role at one of the best specialty coffee roasting companies in Bandung. It's been almost three years, to better understand coffee as a whole. In addition, I am not finished learning, seeing, tasting, and experiencing.I can say that dealing with coffee is the best decision in my life because it's more than only just experimenting and doing what I like, because that's what keeps me going.
