Provides individual psychotherapy under the direct supervision of the licensed clinical therapist based on contracts with the Department of Children and Family Services. Provides group therapy for individuals under the scope of domestic violence, anger management and parenting as clients are mandated by the Department of Children and family services. Conducts home visits as needed for client and therapeutic support. Participates in supervision evaluation of therapeutic sessions.

Conducted presentation on Housing First model to Department of Mental Health at CA Endowment Center. In collaboration with the Long Beach City Department of Health and Human Services located at the Multi-Service Center, provides crisis intervention to address immediate individual and family needs, while simultaneously or soon thereafter assisting persons to develop permanent housing and social service plans. Helps homeless families move into affordable rental housing in residential neighborhoods as quickly as possible, most often with their own lease agreements. Provides six months to one year of individualized, home-based social services support "after the move" to help each family transition to stability. Provides housing and community resources, intake and needs assessments as provisions before the move into permanent housing to help clients identify needs and ensure families have sources of income or long-term assistance for any problems that may arise through the transition into stable living.

Provided case management in accordance with CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work regulations with a caseload of approximately 67 to 105 cases. Motivated and encourages participants to engage in WTW activities as required for the program, that result in employment within the CalWORKs time constraints for self-sufficiency. Provided monthly contact on every case to build rapport and assist in monitoring case activity/participation. Met contract goals by achieving a) a participation rate of 65%; b) minimum average wage for all placements of $7.50; and c) place a minimum average of 7% of the active caseload into unsubsidized employment each month.

Key point of contact for new and large account inquiries for the Customer Service department. Demonstrates capacity to provide support for clients as well as communication with executive-level staff. Utilize Microsoft applications for monthly reports, consumer contacts, and record keeping. Collaborate with management to oversee distribution of orders for efficient processing. Monitor all action items for company sales. Responsible for order desk entry addressing packaging and inventory management of current and incoming products for quality control.

Trained new hires on company policy and procedures. Case managed new hire information sheets and other paperwork such as W-2 and I-9 forms. Administered random employee status updates for 401K and other benefits packages. Managed and delegated training staff on Customer Service procedures.
