I am an attorney specializing in corporate, tax and certain other laws relating to nonprofit organizations. I provide a broad range of support for clients - often forming and obtaining tax exemption for nonprofits, helping clients determine if and how they can structure a relationship between a for-profit business and a nonprofit, advising on fundraising, philanthropy and grantmaking, supporting good corporate governance, helping with affiliated entities, transactions, dissolutions, and more.
